Hey whats goin on everybody

I own a 93 honda civic dx. Im running a 95 b series compressor with custom lines. I hooked up the gauge manifolds to the ac system and the pressure is high on the high side and pretty normal on the low side. I will hook up the gauges again later on tonight so that I can get you guys some exact numbers. Since the car is a 93 the ac system once used r12

(1) Being that the car use to be a r12 setup does that mean I need to change the expansion valve. Being that the high side is high I think that there is a blockage in the system. Im hopeing that the retro r12 expansion valve is the blockage what do you guys think.
