code 19 obd0 b16a civic hatch

my cel is on, throwing code 19.....vtec still cracks and the car still runs great, just dont know what this code means.

help me out, thanks.

You must be running an automatic ECU.

hmm, idk it just popped on. the other day it came on, so i turned the car off then on and went away untill last night. now it wont turn off

it threw 1 long blink and 9 short blinks
