ok i have a 99 ls with a type r swap. i just had my transmission rebuilt, i shaved my engine bay and pulled out a/c and abs and did a wire tuck but now its over heating and it has a check engine light. when i try to rev it up it has like a rev limiter at about 3500 rpm. any ideas ??? please help thanks..!!

 

Sounds like the car is in limp mode.

Check to see which code the car is throwing.
