hi guys
i have an EE9, and have just received my fluidyne ally rad and 12" slimline fan. i have removed/fitted radiators before, but never an aftermarket fan, as they usually bolt on-top or to the edge of the radiator.
it has 8 brackets (dont think i need them all), 4 'zip tie' type straps, 4 foam pads for the 'zip ties' and 4 springs.
how do these attached? to the fins? and how do i use what i have to do it. the brackets make sense, but the 'zip-ties' and springs are throwing me.

any help would be great, my current rad took a showering from a grit lorry 5 months ago, now the bottom half is missing

ive figured it out sort of, but its the springs. do they go on the inside of the clips to stop it touching the rad?

haha. i think im right, but would just like comformation

the ties go through the fan brackets, through the rad and the ends of the ties that are seperate butt up against the front side of the rad, so then its secure. and there are foam pads go on the inside of the ends of the ties to keep it all good i guess. but wouldnt they melt onto the rad?

there is a thread on here, but i cant find it now, about how Koyo fitting wows, someone had the same rad as me, with the same fans.
