hey whats up HT. my boy hooked me up with a Singele V motor for 300. motor trans ecu shift linkage. only proble is is that the head is off. he said that it was running when they pulled it but his brother pulled the head to check the valves. im looking for the spec sheet for the head bolts and valve adjustments. anyone have one or know where to find it??

 

Honda Cylinder gasket kit H/C***0031 includes:
New style gasket p/n 12251-P01-004 H/C4489530
New Style Bolts p/n 90005-PM3-004 H/C2894988

I would use the new style (re-useable) metal head gasket and the new upgraded bolts manufactured with the spiral shaft to prevent stretching......Upgraded torque specs are also given for the three step process.....14lb...then 36lb...then 49lb on the pattern. It is recommended to go back and do #1 and 2 again @ 49lb at the end......Valves are 10lbs.....
The head pattern is 8 6 2 4 10
9 3 1 5 7
