forget packages - get out there and do some research. a package will never give you exactly what you want. and if all you want is to save some loot. then get out there and do some more searching. you can most definately find better prices than in 'packages'.

ok. then what are the best bolt ons to get. here's what i'm thinking
intake-aem cai with bypass
header- greddy 4-2-1 or dc sport which ever gives more torque
cat- stock
exhaust- greddy evolution cat back
pullys- aem
cam gears- not sure i guess ither aem or skunk
nitrous- nos system or zex only going for a 50 wet shot

will a v-afc be nessary or just a safty precaution?

 

It will allow you to extract full potential from your car.

 

someone clue me in as to what a v-afc will do for a vtec car i'm used to dealing with rx-7 computer systems? is it just plug and play(ie. list your mods and estimated hp to the factory then adjust to figures) or do i need a couple dyno hrs for proper tunning like a rx-7?

 

Dyno tuning. But it is all worth it.
