Default Motorcycle Covers

So I brought my bike to campus so I can get around town, but it is really rainy around here. I was wondering where I could get a cheap cover to keep my bike dry. Also, where do you guys store your covers? Obviously I am not going to walk back and forth from the parking spot and my room to get the cover, do I need some bungee chords? Will it fit under the seat? Backpack? Let me know whats best.

TIA

I don't if there's much to be said about covers, it's pretty much go to the store and see for yourself and what works. Some of them have draw strings on the bottom which help prevent it from flying away. As far s fitting in your seat goes i guess it would depend which bike you have, but I haven't seen any that would fit under the seat of the sport bikes I owned.

Most covers I've seen that would fit a Yamaha R1 run in the 70 to 140 dollar range.
If you own a bigger bike presumably I would think its more expensive.

I've got the Dowco Guardian Weatherall Plus Motorcycle Cover. Works really well on keeping moisture out and not scratching the paint. I give it
