Engine with approx. 40mm TB

I've been trying to find a single TB that is about 40mm to 45mm diameter. I think that I have seen a ZF motor that had about a 40. Does anyone know of any engines that have about this size that has a TPS?

Yeah go get yourself a TB off a CRX HF or a Civic VX. My VX throttle body is about 1.2 inches.
