Will ek spindle work on eg?

i know the part numbers are differant, but if i have the whole thing with caliper/rotor and all can i use it on my eg? does anyone know what the differances are?

both ball joints are the same...so i would assume i cant interchange them...does anyone know for sure?

They can indeed be used. I'm not sure if there are some slight differences, but they'll definitely fit.

ek forks can be a little tight to fit, but if youre taking everything let me know how it goes ive heard of it done, but personally ive never seen it

If they are both from the same trim then you're ok.
