fuel pump ?

i have a 97 del sol and i removed the dash and replaced the wiring behind it to obd1 instead and now my fuel pump doesnt kick on
what could it be

ill have to check today it got late last night so i didnt have time
but all the wires were plug and play

check your ground ( i know civics are on the drivers kick panel(where the front seat bracket bolts to) )

but i never rmoved the seats
just things under neath the dash
