Adjusting Idle
I searched first and I couldn't find a specific answer for a 93 accord.
Where is the idle adjustment screw? I looked and looked on the throttle body and couldn't find one. Am I losing my eyesight?
Also is it possible to adjust the idle for only when the A/C is on? A/C makes the car shudder and feel like its gonna stall out.
Without the A/C the idle needs to be bumped up just a very small amount

Don't touch the idle adjustment screw. If you need to adjust your idle by using the screw that means that something in the idle air control system is not working properly.
First try cleaning out your idle air control system. The Electronic air control valve (aka IACV), Fast Idle Thermo Valve FITV and the Air Boost valve. At the same time try cleaning out your EGR ports, valves and clean your throttle body.
Click here and read over this thread in the FAQ's. It should help you out with most of this.

Wow, so two posts telling me something I'm already aware of to begin with. I tore everything apart and cleaned it already.
Anybody feel like actually helping rather than wasting their/my time?

The thread on that flat head screw is not deep enough for my screwdriver to go in. How do you guys turn it? It's like the screw is already out on the edge of the throttle body. I need to increase the idle, wouldn't turning it out more will take the screw off?
Thanks.
Thanks.
