Default why no compression?

compression reads 150, 150, 0, 150. i'm looking for a comprehensive list as to why my #3 has no compression. we did put a cap full of oil in the spark plug hole and got about 30, meaning the rings are sealing. thinking maybe its a hole in the piston, or bent exhaust valves, anything else?

also throwing codes 1 (o2 sensor) and 16(fuel injector) constant with an intermitent 10 (IAT)

car runs and is drivable as well.

thanks

I'm betting exhaust valve. take a hose off the intake manifold and feel it for air pressure when you fill the piston up with air. Then do the same but listen to the muffler for air.
