clicking noise...

alright i have a 97 accord lx sedan 5spd...most of the time when i make a right turn i hear a clicking noise...the faster i am going the more clicks there are...anyone know what is causing this problem?

cv boots on ur axles, they are probably torn so you will have to replace the axle.
