i cut the parking lights positive and moved it to the city lights and then grounded the city lights.. but its not working.. i tried to put the parking lights back to original and now theyre not working.. do u think i blew a fuse? everything else works though front lights and signals

Did you un-hook the battery cable's before you cut the wire's?

 

no i didnt

 

Why dont you just look at the fuse, its easier for you to see it than anyone else on Honda-tech through their computer.
