LS Motor Tranny ?`
I have an LS b18 non vtec motor but the tranny is auto... the car is going to be used for scraps and i wanna use the motor in my civic and pull out the mini me i got goin on... anyway.
Will the Manuel Tranny bolt up to the motor even tho it used to be auto.

A Mini Me is a D series motor and it's tranny will not bolt up to the B series LS motor. You'll need a B series manual tranny, a clutch and flywheel, a rear bracket, and some other miscellany.

and he also said the ls is an auto, so I think he's saying he wants to put a 5speed trans onto the ls auto engine and was asking if that was possible by taking out the auto on the ls and putting a manual in....
AM I CORRECT???

no im not a fuking idiot... lol well not completely... My wife drives an automatic ls... I have a Civic with a mini me ... I wanna swap hers out and get a type r tranny or whatever and hook my **** up JDM style 2 cam ya.

lolz, hehe I never said you were bro... but yeap that motor will work just fine, if your plaining of using the ls all motor get a gsr or b16 si tranny, don't get a ls tranny the gearing is too long and will suck if your racing the car alot. have fun
