Default CRX DX, to 0bd1 B18 wiring help

Ok. I've tried looking all over on this site all morning reading through countless threads, and I havent found a clear description on what im supposed to do.

As the title states, i am putting a 1995 LS motor into a 1991 Crx.

When I bought the car it didnt have an engine, or harness or anything. The previous owner had a newer d series swap done, so it's already been converted for mpfi. Thats about all I know of it.

So, I was told by many people that I need to get a harness specifically for my car, so I did, I got a crx dx harness. Then I was told I needed to get the plugs from the LS motors harness and switch them onto the CRX harness. So i went and bought an LS harness.

Thats as far as I know.

I don't know what plugs to switch, I don't know which to make longer, i don't know anything after that. I want to have the harness on there, and working before I drop the engine in the bay. Cuz its a bitch reaching beind the engine tryin to plug stuff on.

Any help/info/link/pics would be highly appreciated.

Also, for more info, check out my build thread link in my sig. Thanks.

http://RYWIRE.COM is all you need. Send them both harnesses and they will combine them and send you a plug n play harness for your motor...

yea, i thought about that. but that also costs 280 dollars. If i can find a diagram and do it myself, i'd much rather go that route.

you have to switch the distributor plugs, delete the resistor box(if it has one), extend fan swith plug, wire up 4 wire 02 sensor..and maybe lengthened the map sensor wires..and do a obd0 to obd1 jumper harness......cake

thanks for the links and stuff. I'll have to do some homework. I was hoping to find a clear like.. picture by picture (step by step), write up. but no luck there. i've never done anything like this before so im a little skeptical. I dont wanna mess anything up cuz it was a bitch tracking these 2 harnesses down inthe first place. lol

i'm going to attempt it today. I just picked up a soldering gun, some heat shrink tubing, a heat gun, some wire, a 4 wire o2 sensor. and i have both harnesses and the jumper harness, so hopefully with a little luck and patience i should be able to get this working. Lets hope anyways.

--As you stated, my personal opinion if it was original converted to mpfi and you bought a new engine harness you'll have to converted it again to mpfi, Because the si and hf model are already have the mpfi.

--team2dcrx is right with this part.

I just dont know what else your missing or need help with?
