Default Window off track

Today I lowered the window in my 00 Civic two door. WHen I raised the window it barely would raise. I kept trying and the front of the glass went down causing the window to be crooked. I pulled the front up to raise it as it should be. I also noticed that the window is not coming up between the two rubber pieces of window trim near the mirror.

Anyone here had problems with the power windows? Is removal of the door panel easy?

Removal is easy, there is a scew in the handle to close the door, door handle to open, speaker, and the rest should be plastic screw things attached to your panel. you can just pull it apart and re-align your window.

Same thing happened to me about a month ago, but my car was broken into years ago so the window is messed up. Take the door panel off and unscrew the window from the mechanism. Have a buddy help you align it as you raise and lower the mechanism. After you get it back in the track bolt it back together and your done.

This is a very common problem on manual and power windows.

Make sure you use some silicone spray (yellow and white can at Autozone) down the tracks one you have it all back together.

Hopefully you don't have damage that needs replacement parts. If you do, just get the window back up and leave it like that until you can replace the broken parts. If you force it you'll likely just damage more.
