MPFI and DPFI Trade Installation Question
Okay, first off, I'm new here. So I apologize in advance if this question has been asked, but I'm almost at my wits end here.
I have a 1988 Honda CRX DX with the dual point fuel injection and my roommate has a 1991 Honda CRX Si with the multi point, and what I want to do is switch the two so I have the MPFI and she has the DPFI. Swapping engines really isn't an option, because my engine is already being set up for a turbo install, thus the need for the MPFI. I have found a few write ups on how to switch from DPFI to MPFI but not vice versa. Any suggestions? I'm willing to do the work...its just knowing how to.
And, as a "bonus" here is a picture of some of the work on the car so far...

just a helpful hint, search.
you may have to look a little but if you dont want to get flamed dirty style, just search first.

No amount of searching is going to reveal how to swap MPFI to DPFI.
Why?
Because it should never be done. You're far better off just grabbing the parts at a junkyard, and if I knew your friend I'd have her punch you in the throat for trying it.
Hacking up an Si harness because you want to get the parts for free, and the swapping in your craptacular DPFI manifold is dispicable.

do yourself a favor and go buy the engine wiring harness ecu and complete intake manifold from a junkyard but make sure it all comes from the same car AND try to get everything from a car the same year as yours
or you can trade with your roomate
and by the way is she hot??? j/k

I agree with JustAnotherRex. That's just shitty to screw up a CRXsi (do you even realize how rare they are getting these days?) so you can put the parts on your crappy D15b2. You should trade cars and pay her the difference.
Seriously buy another MPFI setup on ebay or get it at a junk yard, they are dirt cheap. At the most for the manifold with everything on it and the ECM you will probably pay $150 and thats still cheaper than the crack you must be smoking.

Don't down grade just convert Dpfi to Mpfi that way both cars will still have power and that way you can always swap a B-series whenever you decide.

like said before just make your car mpfi, make sure the harness you buy is for a 88, or you can go the little bit easier route and try and find a complete inside and out car harness from a 89 crx si, then swap the entire harness out.
i dont even think it poss to make a mpfi car a dpfi? lol

you shouldn't make a crx si into a dpfi..dats just like making an integra into a sohc...its possible but why go dat rout...i agree wit all here when they say go 2 da junkyard n get all da wiring, complete intake wit rail,injectors...
