ebay is your friend on this one, and has everything you need

 

I would first do some research about it and make sure it cant bolt in first off... You might have to change motor mount positions. Might have to do some fabrication, but if your lucky it will drop in like most honda **** tends to do!!! gotta luv it. ;-)

 

**** my first honda swap was a nightmare, h23 into a ek civic coupe. NOTHING was avalable at that time (10+ years ago)...lolz took one whole month to get everything i needed. the hardest part was the dizzy...haha which is a piece of cake NOW...
