Whats up everyone! I am looking at a 2000 Civic SI, Black with about 95k on the odometer. Car is pretty solid except some rear bumper damage from the current owner backing into a poll. Just wanted to gather some opinions on it and what to watch out for. The owner wants $6000 which I didn't think was too bad considering what KellyBlueBook has it listed for. Let me know what you all think as I'm new to Honda's and im looking to getting this car as a DD and eventually Modding it out. Let me know please. Thanks

look inside the trunk where the rear damage is and if any of the metal appears to be pushed in I would probably pass on it unless he wants to come down on the price, alot

 

2000 si with a b16 with only 95k for 6k....sounds like a hell of a deal if you only have to replace or fix the rear bumper

nah no link...the guy hasn't even advertised it but i work with him so thats how i found it he wants to sell it. i don't think the rear damage is that bad, he drives it from time to time as he bought a new toyota tundra and drives that all the time. im sure the si could use some cleaning up but i figured if i didn't like it, i could probably fix the bumper and re-sell the car for $1000 more then what im paying.
