Default question about turbo and stock computer on my 90 ex sedan

I have read that some honda ecu's if they go into .3 of boost they send the car into limp mode. Will my stock ecu in my 90 ex sedan do this? Please spare the "SEARCH" comments i'm on dial up with a horrible connection and it takes 12 years just to post
