Default Need help please.....

I have a 92 civic lx d15b7 all stock. I have strong spark (blue/white), getting fuel (good pressure), engine turns but doesn't start. It turns slow when my battery dies down but turns fast enough when its charged. I'm getting no cel but when i try to pull codes it stays lit. What does that stand for? I'm lost, if anyone can help i would appreciate it greatly.

Thanks ahead of time,
James B.

did you do anything to the car before this happend?
was the car acting funny before this happened?
The CEL shouldn't stay lit, i would almost say you didn't cross the connection properly.

is the gas guage working? or is the fuel pump kick in?
try changing the main relay. if not, take out your back seat, take the floor cover off to get at the fuel pump and ground it to something to see if the fuel pump will work.

If the battery's dying quickly, it could be too weak to crank it enough to start. Sounds crazy, but it happened to me.
