Need an alarm with sensitive shock sensor (possibly adjustable) on doors / perimeter
My neighbors are ALWAYS driving drunk (I Live in an apartment and share a garage) and stupid - hitting the side of the garage, opening their doors into my car and now I see a scratch on my door and I have no idea where it came from, but I can guess they did it somehow.
frustrations aside, I want a 2 way paging alarm with a decent amount of sensitivity (adjustable?) on the doors (if it gets bumped slightly I want that sucker to HOWL! ).
I see it as kinda like teaching Pavlov's dogs to salivate, I want to teach my neighbors to stay the #$%^ away from my car.
So I am willing to drop $300 - 400 installed if possible on this for the peace of mind before my car is scratched to high hell
Thanks for you time, and yes I read the faq but my question is more about sensitivity on the doors/perimeter more than anything.

A turned up proxy would do good.
There are more then a few good 2way alarms out there and all will have an adjustable dual stage impact sensor,
Compustar... http://www.compustar.com/main.htm
DEI... http://www.directed.com/
Audiovox... http://www.audiovox.com/webapp...e.jsp
Ultra Start... http://ultrastarters.com/
Your budget of $300-$400 will get you no more then basic install on a "mid-level" model of a Compustar or DEI system but a few options on an Audiovox or Ultra Start.
I would recommend the Compustar 2W900FM-A, MSRP W/basic install is $449.00.
