Stripping paint on OEM optional skirts and valences??

Default Stripping paint on OEM optional skirts and valences??

i have the OEM optional side skirts and valences but the valences are silver, and the skirts are green.. any way i can strip the paint on them without harming them?

their plastic you can't strip it off the paint. you would have to sand it down and apply new paint or primer to change the color.

A friend of mine who paints resin and vinyl model kits uses EZ Off oven cleaner to strip the paint off of prepainted models that he wants to repaint.If it's just a coat or two of paint,it very well could work for what you are doing.
