I bought this stuff to do a hack on my 98 civic hatch and ran it for about a month and bought a phearable chipped ecu. Now I have no need for it. The Neo is basically brand new it has a few scratches on the back but i never took the original plastic off the screen so the front looks brand new. I have original box for the unit with all the books. It also comes with a basically brand new boomslang adapter harness for a obd2a civic.
