I got an OEM ITR lip but no hardware, so what size and how many screws/washers, etc. do i need to install it?

oh and its a 98+ OEM ITR lip

 

Use your imagination, macgyver can bolt that thing up without any hardware, i'm pretty sure you're smart enough too.

 

i guess bolts on the end of the lip, double tape in the inner of where the air dam is, and the lip should stay on pretty still.... that's how i did mine

 

If it's truly OEM, then you'll need several u-clip nuts (M6x1.00) and dowel bolts (M6x1.00). Then there are a couple of brackets, screwhead bolts, 5mm washer-screws, and the screw clips.
