Default DVD/NAVI Unit

Just won this auction for my '07 Si 2DR.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...h=005

What else will I need for the install? Should I get the DIN piece from Best Buy?

Very nice.....I'm jealous.

I've seen a double din kit on corsport. Or, you could look at majestic honda and get the OEM double din kit.

When you install the head unit in you car, I am pretty sure that you will either need some sort of line level convertor for it to work with the stock amp, or you will need to install a new amp. Otherwise, it will not sound quite right. I would reccomend getting a new amp if you can swing it.

Nooooooooooooooo...that sucks...

Any way around this. I have a rockford 2 channel 1800 watt amp. And a Sony XPLOD 4 channel 600 watt amp. I don't wanna lose my subwoofer. Its not the best sub in the world, but I'd like to keep it.

I don't. Wonder if I could mount one of my JL 10" subs though. There has to be a way to incorporate the stock 8" sub. No?

this is the wire i use to bypass the factory amp..

http://www.crutchfield.com/App...=3486

lf you really want to have good bass for your car might as well install a good amp subs system.. i dunno why the factory premium sound doesn't integrate with aftermarket pioneer head unit, can't remember what the installer told me before.. but i am assuming it's a way for car dealership to hide there poor and cheap set of speakers...
