WTT: 88 hatch + K20 swap stuff
I'm putting a feeler out here for the trade of my Civic HB. I currently have 3 projects including this one and don't have the funds to work on all of them so the lowest man on the totem poll gets cut, and the Civic is it.

The civic is my current daily driver, its got a D15 mated to an si 5-speed tranny. I bought the car as basically a running shell on steel wheels about a year ago.
The features include:
D15- burns a small amount of oil(I suspect valve guides) but runs like a champ, just did a valve adjustment, tranny and engine oil change. Bought new plug wires, plugs, cap and rotor when the car was first purchased as well as pass. side tie rod end.

Almost every brake component was replaced by me, New master cylinder, booster, calipers, front rotors and ceramic pads, rear pads and all lines, all bought new. The booster has already taken a crap (thanks autozone) but I have the receipt for the lifetime warranty, too lazy to get in there to pull it out again.
Si tranny (in the car)- Grinds in third and fourth if not finessed, otherwise fine.
99 prelude SH seats- bought off craigslist, very comfy and very clean.
vibrant warm air and pacesetter exhaust, bought new from summit about 6 months ago. nice and quiet.
All amber corners- SUPER JAY-D-EM!
Replaced taillights with near perfect originals.
The body is straight-ish, it has very few, small personality dents common to a 220,000 mile car, but no major body damage and no signs of previous body damage. There is a 1/4 inch dent under the driver door in the rocker that is by far the worst spot on the car and will be an easy pull. The prev. owner painted the car satin black, then sanded it, and left it. I haven't re painted it because I was gonna swap it first... It looks BATTLE READY! Absolutely NO RUST.
Stereo was stolen 2 weeks ago, but kindly they left my brand new pioneer 6-1/2s!
The trade will also come with:
1 K20A2 with hole in block. Complete motor with all accessories.
1 K20A2 short block, complete motor with most accessories, disassembled. Needs to go to machine shop to have the #1 sleeve pressed out/re-sleeved and cylinder bores honed. I have been quoted $150 for all the work. The sleeve has a fissure crack by previous owner.
1 Head off short block, Disassembled.
Complete 6-speed transmission, competition clutch and lightened flywheel.
Complete RSX shift-box w/cables.
full wiring harness.
The car is currently on BBS Ra's and 205/50-15 Falken Rt-615s, Not too sure I'm gonna part with those though.
I'm looking to trade the little guy for something that's reliable and still kinda nice, I really am open to just about anything.
I'm not looking for a mint car, just something fun and reliable to drive while I'm building the other two. Show me what you've got if you're interested.
With that said, I'm also not looking for a pile that I'm going to have to sink a bunch of money into. Figure a complete K20a2 swap will run you around 6 grand, since mine is obviously not a running swap I don't expect that kind of trade value from it, but it is a complete swap with alot of extras and a cool little car to put it in.
Any questions or concerns will be addressed. Thanks for looking.
