hey guys,
my buddy totaled his del sol, which has this motor in it currently.i bought the motor from him to put in my ef, but im gonna go lsvtec instead. the del sol still kind of drives, so i can start it for you for now, the motors coming out soon though.

he bought the motor from N1, and put around 15,000 miles on it. so it has somewhere between 40k and 50k miles on it. it has an lsd tranny.

it always ran really strong, ill update the thread when i do a compression test which will be today or tomorrow.

compression is roughly:
180-185-187-183
pictures at bottom
this isnt the most accurate compression tester, but it should give you a good idea that the motor is running strong.

this will be full swap. from the del sol.

What year is stamped on the head? What ecu will it come with?

 

i dont know where the year stamp is, the front stamp is pr3-4
the ecu will be a jdm p30, same that would come with the swap from n1
the compression is very roughly 180-185-187-183
