Default Any good polishing/buffing sites or info.?

I purchased my Dewalt polisher and 3M pads and polish n stuff. I'm trying to learn all the trick and knowledge of high speed polishing before I tackle it. Does anyone know of a good site for some info? Obvisouly I will practive on an old fender first but looking to get some good how to info. THANKS!
