I bought two cheap O2 sensors off of e-bay and had a problem with one having too little resistance in heater circuit (hondas parameters are very narrow!).
I would say go for it as most of the time they work fine, others will argue but the price difference is huge. I spent less than the price of one at AZ on e-bay for 2!
The one that was "bad" was replaced by the guy no problem.

im going on 5 years with my bosh (sp?) plugs from autozone. everything seems OK. just make sure you have the wiring correct. i didn't for a couple of weeks when i first swapped in my b16.
i buy honda o2 only.they are not cheap like 80 bucks from the dealer, but keep in mind u get what u pay for.u buy a cheap o2 ull get a cheap o2.thats just imo its your motor u do whatever u want too.

I've used a cheap one in my 91 hatchback 1.5 for about 40,000 miles now w/out any problems. Sometimes paying more for a brand name product gets you just that, a brand name. Not saying this is true across the board, but O2 sensors are pretty easy to replace on these vehicles, so I would go with the cheapie.

if you are doing this to save [gas] money then don't buy the honda.
how many mpgs better would the honda be? it would take a long time to break even.
