Yakima roof rack - 2003 Civic - 2000 Civic?

Yakima roof rack - 2003 Civic - 2000 Civic?
I might be picking up a roof rack tonight for my EM1.. It was previously on a 2003 civic.
I looked up the stats on Yakima.com and the bars are the same (48'') but the fairing is bigger on the 03. For the 03 its 44'' and the 00 its 38''. Will this still work on my car?
I know I need to get different q clips (Q69) but I'm not sure about the fairing.
