Do any companies make a forged piston that will give me 12.5:1 + compression for a b16a , without having to mill the head/ block ? I already have flat faced valves ....
The closest i can see are ctr pistons ( ok so they are honda , not forged ) these will get me somewhere around c/r of 11.6 ( + the FF valves ) which is still a whole point higher than any other piston i have seen such as cp etc, but im a little scared as the valves are going to be soo close to the piston.......

another point , a couple of posts ive seen have said avoid the ctr pistons due to the stupid shaped dome on them ( prone to det etc )
Any help greatly appreciated !
ps : the other thing i was thinking was sticking with the stock b16a pistons , and milling the deck ( and sleeves/ cylinders obvously )of the block /head a couple of mill , but could this cause problems?
