Default 98 Accord EX Automatic - Strange sound when going 65 mph

I tried searching the forum, but had no idea what words to search for.

Today I've been sometimes hearing this weird sound when driving 60-70 mph. At first it seemed like it would only happen when the car was turning, but I'm not positive about that anymore. It will go on for about 10-20 seconds and stop for a while. When I'm driving, the sound comes from behind me and to my right. I don't feel anything wrong with the performance, but I know the sound is not good. It sounds like constantly dragging a piece of metal over a sidewalk, or sharpening a knife on one of those circle sharpening things.

Please help me figure out what's wrong with my car! Thanks for any info!

Dragging your muffler or an exhaust pipe? Look under your car, behind you and to the right
