Eg Front Right Wheel Out To far PINKBUNNY

Hi, i bought a eg hatch about 7 wks ago and have been doing some major work on it.
My problem. I bought the car, but once i started working on it i noticed it had been in a wreck. The problem is the front right wheel sticks out about a 1/4 inch farther then what it should, The car has had an alingment and you can see it sticking out.
What do you guys think is the problem? Bent subframe? suspension arms? I had the spindel checked and it is in spec. PLEASE HELP I WANNA swap this car, but not if its a bucket.
When I bought my car I also knew it had been in a wreck which is why it has a salvage title. The front right wheel was tilted. The top of the wheel was tilted inward. Alignment shops would not align my car because the camber was REALLY bad. I tried replacing the upper control arm and didn't change a thing. Then I picked up a steering knuckle from the junk yard for 30 bucks and my wheel was sitting normal finally! Camber was now perfect.
I was driving the car with the bad camber for about almost 2 years. I went through tires on the front right every 3 months. The tire would have perfect tread but was wearing the inner side of the tire. In 3 months the inner edge of the tire would be so worn that the metal was showing.
One time I was driving on the expressway going about 100 (yea stupid me) and my car started shaking so bad that I swore I was running over logs. This is what had happened

It was SO HOT that day and had to change my tire in my ROTC uniform with long sleeves and all.

provided you're steering wheel and left front tire isn't straight and they're turning slightly to the left in that pic. (cause the right front tire is)
If the left wheel and steering wheel are straight in that pic then you have some serious toe issues going on.
if everything is turned to the left, then;
knuckle bent
ball joint bent or bad
lower control arm bent or bushings shot
subframe shifted or bent
best thing to do, jack up the front of he car, take off both front wheels and take a measurement on one side, then measure the same points on the other side. repeat till you find a significant difference. Trust me, the problem will show itself pretty quick.

Do the obvious stuff you can do yourself and for free first...take off that wheel and examine for bends/breaks/worn joints/etc. Make sure there isn't some sort of ghetto wheel spacer in there...
