Anyone have pics from the old school Import Showoff days? Been searching for old pics but couldnt find much on the net. It would be cool to see cars from those days.

I was just thinking about this the other day when I went through my external and found a whole folder with hundreds of photos from 99-01 time.

I remember when this thing ran against Tony Fuch and they were on the cover of the turbo mag, most memorable piece of import history EVER.

Lol yea your right i did not know anybetter...but we were all green at sometime or another.... i remember i was in to super street and importtuner like a ****!! lol...any one remember the staple backs of super street? black and white pages? haha talk about low money...ill post pics later of my old school mags ..and pics of Stephn P old square back EF hatch

 

Lol, awesome thread. I got some pictures of back in the day.

Even around 96 era when everything had supra spoilers with racing stripes and mufflers that pop.

 

Hate to say this but ist kind of funny. that is my buddies car in the back ground of that RX-7 pic.(the civic white and blue) he did that car up a long time ago and it is still the same to this day. he lived in cali and moved here to dallas. the car has a jdm gsr and is all polished out in the engine bay with a direct port nitrous set up that is also all polished. the engine bay is nice a little cluttered but nice and clean. even now. he built that car when motor swaps were starting to be done just to give you a idea how old the car is. if this is the same car but that paint job pretty much says it is. i will have to get some pics

i remember that battle at palmdale greatest battle ever

 

I'll have to dig around for pics....a few cars from Dan Paramore racing, Peter Yem, Viet Lam, KG racing, Tony Fuchs, Ken Miyoshi's blue CRX, etc.

I feel viet lam was my legend...its right around the year i got in to it...any one from TEXAS in here???
