CRX Stock Suspension
I have 4 crx's at the moment and I am trying to replace the stock suspension with stock parts. No lowering or anything.
1 has 57K original miles and the stock suspension is great.
1 has 93k original miles and the stock suspension is great.
2 have 200k miles and the stock suspension is terrible, it is rough and uncomfortable. On one of them, I have replaced the struts with Tokico blues and it helped a little but not that much. I have checked the tires, tie rods, and have had it aligned. I have also had the Honda dealership look it over when I had it aligned.
I have not replaced the rack end bushing yet because the Honda wants around $500.
I want to keep the suspension stock and replace it with Honda OEM parts or something better. I am not into lowering it and all that.
I am pretty sure I can make the suspension on my 200k crx's feel like the 57k/93k crx's again.
I need some recommendations on where to start?????
I have looked on Hondaautomotiveparts and found a few things.
ARM, R&L. FR. (LOWER),
ARM, R&L RR. TRAILING (DISK),
ARM, R&L. RR. (LOWER),
ARM ASSY., R&L. FR. (UPPER)
Thanks for your advice.

haven't heard of this problem before but have you tried replacing the springs as well? 200k i'm sure has certainly wore the stock springs down, i'd go ahead and buy a used set with lower miles and see what that does for you.

youre going to receive the same type of responses as the answered thread on crxcommunity on this.
my opinion still stands that you need to look into rebuilding the rack and replacing the rack end bushing.
