A "JDM" conversion is one thing. All the JDM Type-R had different (in terms of body panels), was black housing headlights instead of chrome. Bumpers were still the same.

I think he was trying to explain that there isn't an ITR specific bumper. Just a USDM vs JDM and the only ITR to non ITR difference in the bumper would be different headlights.
so much hate.

Quite the contrary...
All Type-R's came from the factory with a special Honda sticker which had the matching VIN number of the chassis that were placed on the hood, trunk lid, front fenders, driver and passenger door, and front and rear bumper. They are non removable (try to peel one off and it's a real PITA) and non replaceable.

I am unable to find USDM CF Integra bumpers, only JDM ones. Amusingly, CF fenders for JDM fronts are also easy to find on Google.
Maybe consider wrapping a stock bumper with a sheet of prepreg CF?

Interesting to know, but since we're talking about CF parts, we're talking non-stock, so only the shape actually matters. I do like random trivia though.
