Default 92-95 civic coupe/hatch front bumper question??

i was recently working on a 92-95 civic coupe/ hatch back bumper and notice on the inside of the bumper at the top corners of the grile there are mounting holes for something i just dont know what so i was wondering if anybody else knew what mounted there? i have tried searchin but couldnt find anything


heres a pic of the piece im talking about

Its for the fog light brakcet, the lole that protrudes lines the bracket up and the hole is for the screw to mount it

are you sure becuase i have foglight bracket mounted and they dont even come close to that one

Oh ok, guess i was confused. Its deff not a fog light one then. I dont know what thats for really, i cant think of anything that mounts there. I almost recall something about a stock block plate for the center portion of the bumper for cold environments that would keep the radiator warmer but maybe that wasnt a stock honda part. Maybe its a stock honda fmic mount, j/k. I wouldnt worry about it

well the holes are on both right and left top corners on the inside of the grille and the only reason im askin about them is becuase if it is something cool maybe i would try to get it.

I'll try to rermember to snoop around later and maybe figure out what that's for, but you have to remember that some parts are used in most or all countries. A bumper would be a part like that. It's very possible that's for something in some country that wouldn't even make sense here (not putting down JDM stuff).

This is true, for example all 5th gen bumpers, coupe and hatch anyway have the mounting bosses for the JDM parking pole, even though they were never available over here.
