ok guys well it seems that no one can figure this out in the 92-00 civic forum. My friend recently bought a 92 si hatch and swapped the dash out of his 92 cx hatch into the si since the si dash had a crack in it. Everythign worked perfectly fine in the si before the dash swap so we know that it has something to do with wiring. His problem is that when he turns on the headlights the rear passenger brake light stays on. In addition when you use the turn signal to the right the hazzards turn on and when turned tot he left the the indicators blink fast as if a bulb was out. We have checked eveything to make sure that all the plugs are in the correct spots and they are. I was told that maybe a ground is causing this to occur but i think there is only one ground near the steering wheel.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check all your plugs, there are a few that are interchange-able so if you pluged them into eachother that could cause it. A bad ground most likely is not the cause.

We have checked all the plugs and they seem to be in the right spot. Guess we will check again.
Anybody else have any ideas
