i have has the same problem as B and B from this guy. i sent out money to him to buy the manifold. now 2 weeks later he will not return my calls, pms or emails. i just need this manifold to finish my build and if he is not shipping it out i need him to send me my money back asap. i hate to use the word scammer but im starting to worry if im ever going to see that $320 again or if this is going to be a lesson learned the hard way.

OK well from what I see it has not been 2 weeks. On the 15th he stated that he was waiting for payment and its not the the 24th? thats 9 days not 14.....also if you sent him an e-check it takes time to clear..he's not a scammer as seen that he refunded last potential buyer. I bet you sent an e-check and he's waiting for it to clear. be patient man jeez.

 

i sent the post office money order out to him on the 11th and has confermation it was recieved on the 13th. with him not calling me and blocking my # i really dont think he is going to send it out but we will see.

 

if a seller had my money, didn't return a call to let me know the situation/blocked my number. i would think the same. when ever i sell something, the buyer knows as much as i do when it comes to a pending purchase. i wish the best for your situation man. hope you get the manifold you paid for.

thanks man. now mike has pmed me saying the money order was no good. when i told him to send it back so i could take it back to the post office and get my money back he told me he would but that was a week and a half ago. i have pmed him letting him know that if he doesnt send the money order back buy tomorrow and confirm with me the tracking # tomorrow im going to have to take it to the next level. this is fraud through the post office and is a fellony. i cant wait to see what happens.

 

That's what it took for me, too. And I wasn't playing. I was watching this just to see what the hell would come of this deal.
I have many pictures of his domicile(s), with license plates of several cars he professed to own or associate with,(every one of which looked like complete pieces of ****, I might add) house numbers, etc. for the Law or whatever messenger may have needed them. Won't be hard to find him for anyone with a modicum of search experience.
( saved to my comp, scammer so don't bother taking them down..lol. )

What an ***. He said he couldn't access my money in paypal, but he was able to refund it out? He had the nuts to ask me for a money order...lmfao.
