Default oilpan leakageeee

i got this minor leakage in my oilpan...any suggeston on how to fix it and wat kind of sealant should i use??

dont use sealant.just drop the pan and put a new gasket takes 45 minutes to 1 hour.if you use sealant the leak will pop back up eventually.but for any sealant on anything else use hondabond.

Just replace the thing.

and you can have the joy of saying you have a brand new oil pan

Wat?

Just use permatex ultra grey, it works just as good as hondabond for 1/3 the price.

Where is it leaking from? Around the pan or from the drain plug?

get a new gasket and save yourself the headache. dont cut corners.

If you want to fix it the right way, get a new gasket. If you want a "temporary" fix, use a crapload of silicon.

if i remember right the oil pan bolts get torqued to 8ftlbs
