your just freeing up air and more possibilities for better HP gains...you wont see too much of a diference with the conversion...some but not much

do tha dpfi to mpfi swap.
get headers intake exhaust.
and new sparkplug wires.
that should make ur car a lil more fun.
before doin n e thing major.
plus ull be able to use all the parts.
if u plan on doing a mini me swap.
minus the sparkplug wires.
but thats only 10 bucks down the drain.

The results are these: Gain in power - approx 13HP. Gain in Torque - approx 8 Nm.
This is the result of the different geometry of the MPFI manifold. The overall shape however is pretty close, and that is because I didn't change the camshaft and/or the exhaust.

This is on a D15B2.... The B1 has a crappier camshaft, you can swap it for an A6 camshaft, and get some a little extra HP out of it.

I would also look into doing something with the head. I think the D15B1 is the economy model D15. So I would maybe look into putting at least a D15B2 head on it. Honestly I did the conversion and was decently happy with it. ( for about a month, then I wanted more power ).

i got most of the parts to do a dpfi obd0 to mpfi obd1 conversion parts, along with a complete a6 intake manifold. All you would need is a obd1 ecu and dizzy.

Send me a pm if your interested. It would make it easier for you if you buy most of the parts at one time.

yea im in the process of doin it myself.. picked up the majority of the stuff for free so i cant complain.. i may not gain much power but if its a little more responsive than the b2, i really dont care.. plus in the future if i want to do another setup then most of the wiring is already done..

but as for now i think im going to do the bullfrog head package and try and fit ZC pistons in, RS*R header and an invidia exhaust; not the N1..

so i think that would be rather fun

Are these numbers accurate? Or an educated guess? Or a joke?

I'm seriously considering this swap on a d15b2 and this may just get me off my butt and actually piece it together.
