Isn't 6800 the redline for the Si? I know its 6500 in my DX

if you got no codes and the car runs and moves under its own power with no obvious major issues...then there probably isn't a problem

this is what i found by searching
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_D_engine#D15B7

look for your specific engine code

let me guess, you hooked up a A/F guage to your narrowband and it says you are running rich all the time, and you think there is a problem because it won't rev passed 6800.

the moral of the story is: your stock ecu is saving your *** all over the place...

I said every thing is stock... whitch means no mods

I know it was running rich because I could smell gas bad.. It took me a 1/4 tank to go 20 miles...

Normaly it revs out at 7500 rpms

The problem was it was running shity as well as not going to revlimiter. It also got worse on my short drive to work today... so finlly it started blowing codes at work 4 diffrent ones... On my way heading home it started dying so I put my foot all the way in it. and all this white smoke and chunks of idk what came out of my muffler... I got home and took my cat off and its empty now...

im guessing my bad cat was pluging my system up. Messing with my diffrent sencers and forcing my ecu in to "limp mode"

Just curious, Why are you redlining your car?.....
Limp mode won't go passed 3,000RPMs, btw.....
