Fuel Filter Replacement

When does replacing the fuel filter need to be done on an 2003 Accord V6?

What difficulty level is this and is there any special tools required?

Anyone have a procedure to link to?

There isn't a fuel filter on the '03 Accord, unless you count the screen that is on the fuel filter in the fuel tank.
