Default AEM V2 Intake for Type R

I found this link https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1296498 in search showing that Bbasso installed a V2 intake on an ITR. Since this intake was desinged for the B18B motor my question is do you need to motify anything on this intake for it to fit perfectly? Bbasso or anyone who has installed this intak if you see this post can you let me know what kind of gains you got from this intake, how it fit and sounded? Thank you

Waste of money. After all said and done your going to spend close to if not over $300 for an intake system that is not truly made for an integra or has proven anything. But your car, your decisions.

You were deperately searching for a pristine stock R...why the need for some crappy plastic tubing? Just keep that thing stock and mint like you wanted.

I had a Fujita Short Ram and hated the fitment. Just because I want an intake doesnt mean the car won't stay mint and stock. Its a simple bolt on that I can take off and put on no big deal.

Still, I agree... it is that perfect untouched car, don't do it.

How about a complete Comptech intake? You're over complicating everything, just pick something that's readily available and buy it.
