Default white 98 integra rs Black strip

the car is white but there is a black strip going across the door and i dont like it, can it be removed or painted to white to match the car. i dont understand why its black???

It is black because it is an RS. You can shave them, which requires painting the car, or look for white ones to replace them.

Go to your local paint place, tell them to make you some Frost White in an aerosol can, then take all your plastic parts off and paint them. Problem solved.

I'm not an Integra paint expert, but I do know that Frost White was one of the colors offered in '98. It's no problem to double check it though...look in the door jambs, it should have your paint code on a sticker.

He is talking about the door bumpers. Its also on the white ls that I am flipping.

Yeah the LS has em too. I really need to color match mine. They look a lot better with them shaved though IMO. Anyone know a shop thatll remove the side moldings and paint her nice for a good price in cali?
