Default Misfire/cutting out

Ok so I was driving home from work 2day, and everything was going fine, got to go fast lol. I go to Advanced Auto Parts and pick up some wheel cleaner. When i get back into my car and start driving off, i heard my exhaust make a different sound then im used to. I stop at a red light, and my car starts idling around 300rpms or less almost dies, i keep revving it up and put into a gas station to try and see whats going on. Everything looks fine and normal. Once i get back home it stalls right when i pull into my parking spot.

I did seafoam my vacuum lines about 2 weeks ago, and put 1/4 of it in my oil. I also replaced my cap, rotor, plugs and wires (Magnstar 8.5mm wires and Bosch's Ir Fusion plugs). I filled up a full tank of 89 last night. I found that my spark plugs were a little lose in the engine, #4 being the worst. I pulled #4 spark plug out and it was BLACK, as well as the plug wire.

Since they were lose, is there ANY way my timing was thrown off? Because after i tightened all of them down again... it didn't change anything at all.

I have also been having overheating problems, i now have all the parts in 2 do the radiator, fan, and hoses. That shouldn't cause this problem tho.

Sorry for the long write up, im just kinda lost on this whole thing.

Thanks

Explain this problem. Does it overheat when you drive. Do you see smoke or do you notice the temperature needle rise to H?

i have a little hole in my radiator, and a small leak somewhere. I got the radiator and hoses, which is what im going to do 2morow after class. The temp will get 2 the 1/2 way point on the gauge, thats all. I also have a broken cooling fan right now too

the cooling fan will cause the temp increase are you using the a/c ? if so the condenser fan will pull air and provide some cooling but not up to 100%
is their any check engine light on ? if so what dtc's ?

I have a similar problem with my 93. It will idle fine but after driving for awhile, and with some heavy acceleration, the idle will drop into a severely low level at a stop (around 500rpms or lower) and try to stall. The engine temp will also jump high between mid and max at times in heavy stop and go traffic, but once I get rolling again and get a good constant speed, it drops back down to about a third. I think it's just the engine needing a major tune up and the timing belt/pump replaced. As far as I know, I don't have any coolant leaks, and both of my fans work. I recently replaced by thermostat too.

just the #4 plug was black? make sure its gapped correctly if thats the only one. but you need to get NGK plugs, not going to be the idling problem though. my guess is to make sure you dont have a vacuum leak after messing with them 2 weeks before.

(they arnt hooked up because i dont have the plugs from another harness to wire them in)
