I just got this car fully tuned on a dyno as of 9/26/08 by rich at pinamotor sports. hit 197hp, 157trq on a dyno dynamic dyno, which reads 17% lower than a dyno jet.
<u>pro's</u>: I've had this car for 4year its only driven 2-3times a week. well maintained garaged at all times. Clean interior. Car is Very Fast. New tabs as of 09/25/08, good untill next year for emissions. Motor very healty and strong. tons of mods to the engine. all machine work was done at highlines east machine shop. Decked,hot tanked,bead blasted, bored, and honed. Head work - basic valve job, new valves, new valve guides, valve stem, and resurfaced. spent over $600 on machine work.
<u>con's</u>: paint is 8/10 needs a good wetsand and polish/buffing. Trunk only opens manually from the lever from the back of the trunk from the inside because the bolt broke on the latch. Fuel is hook up to a switch so it only runs off that, can be rewired to prime with main relay turns on. Car must warm up at least 5-10mins before it can even move or it'll just keep dieing (timing issue). Has check engine light on for IAT, it's wired up but cant figure out the problem.
