Its a little high, but please remember this is Canada, our cars rot, bad. I've driven '92 - '95 civics that had the front seats held up by 2x4 where the floor rotted out underneath. rear quarter panels are usually gone, and i mean completely non existant. Salt also makes a mess of the interior. And due to the way canada is layed out geographically, combined with extremely lax emissions testing in most provinces means that many civics that age are rotted out with between 300,000 and 500,000kms on them. I'd say that price is high, but i don't know if i'd say it was that far out of line. It is an Si, its 100% stock factory original, right down to the hubcaps, it has no rust, and it only has 130,000kms on it. Your not likely to find a better one.
its pricey, but it looks really clean. like everyone said before, its hard to find a clean "white eg these days. i picked my 93 si wid 160k for 3500 couple years back. totally stock, had lil rust on the quarter too. Cost me about 500 for the rust work. So 4k for that car seems reasonable if a si is what you truly want.
I'd pass on that.
Unless you're just in love with the eg si's
like everyone else said, theyre getting hard to find in decent shape.
If you want a completely stock car, i would possibly go with that but always try to haggle down on the price.
But if you're looking for a project car, it isnt worth that save the money and you could build an si equivalent for around the same ball park figures.
